Running a successful chain of lifestyle bars, All Bar One is aware of the importance of maintaining high standards of customer service.

In order to independently assess and reward standards, several teams of mystery drinkers were employed to test the standards of product knowledge and serve in over 1700 visits.

Rewards were made to those who performed in accordance with their training programme.
